Stop Buying Skincare Products That Don’t Work.
“If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”
This statement has never been more true than right now, and especially in the world of skincare. We live in a digital age that presents us with an overwhelming amount of conflicting information and tough choices. Whether you’re a teen struggling with your first embarrassing breakout or a tireless mother looking to hold on to your last glimpses of youth- the first step in your battle is choosing between 1000 brands all offering the same miracle results in record times. How do we really know what’s going to work and how do we manage our expectations? Why has it become acceptable and almost routine to spend $50+ on a new cream and see no real improvements?
While new technologies and options may have brought us better solutions to our ailments than ever before, it has also brought us more false promises, overcomplicated regimens and disappointment. Our wallets are being stretched thinner than ever and it’s time to put an end to the chaos. It’s time to hold brands accountable and share our own authentic, real results. Because real products and real solutions really are out there. They’re just camouflaged behind a vast wall of marketing and bad actors looking to make a quick dollar.
I created this blog to help sort through the clutter; to call out the junk and to applaud the brands that took the time to create something inspiring and real.
